Enabling iPod for Disk Use
If iBack does not recognize/detects your iPod make sure it is enabled for disk use/disk mode. This step-by-step guide provides the instructions you need to enable any iPod for disk use.
- Connect iPod to your computer.
- Open iTunes.
- Select the iPod icon on the left pane.
- Click "Summary" tab.
- Check "Enable disk use" and "Manually manage music and videos" options.
- Click "Apply" button to save the settings
